Film composer Kurt Oldman is fast becoming one of the busiest when it comes to scoring horror and thriller films. He is set to score the upcoming thrillers, "Marco Polo" and "Black Dahlia Returns".

Film composer, Kurt Oldman signs on with Providence Productions to score "Black Dahlia Returns" and West Wing Films, "Marco Polo", and will be adding his own brand of thrills and chills to these quintessential horror flicks.

Kurt is no stranger to this genre. His first hair-raising score was for the Showtime Award winning "Learning To Swim." He went on to deliver an edge-of-the-seat score for the thriller, "American Crime," staring Cary Elwes and Rachel Leigh Cook; and eerie, mysticism with haunting chorals for "Out Of Mind". On a weekly basis, his heart pounding work can be heard on the web series, "Dirty Bomb Diaries".

After rolling off the hilariously, quirky comedy, "All Along" Kurt is excited to have back to back thrillers, both of which are uniquely different and suspenseful in their own right. "Black Dahlia Returns" is an unforgettable journey into the darkness and mystery of Hollywood's most famous unsolved murder case. It is the 60th anniversary of the original murder and a copy cat killer is on the loose. This story is an engaging 'who done it' with twists and turns throughout.

"Marco Polo" reunites Kurt with accomplished director/writer, Alton Glass. Their first collaboration was on "Dead Wait." Kurt is thrilled to be working with Alton again: "It takes time to develop a communication with the director. Usually the first project is spent getting to know each other and learning each other's styles. On the second project it's easier to jump straight in."

Kurt is certainly one of the busiest composer's in Hollywood. He is in talks for several other features including another thriller, a drama and a comedy. For more information about Kurt Oldman visit his website at
