Berkeley Palmer say their 'affiliates' are really strategic relationships with other privately owned entities that benefit both Berkeley Palmer and their clients. "We feel that if anything is good for our clients, it's probably good for us. We get no client complaints about having greater access; more exposure or better resources."

We're excited about their growth because it benefits us as well. These new openings are markets where we had no previous relationships.

Berkeley Palmer announces new affiliates added in FL, NJ and PA.

Berkeley Palmer, the Kansas City (Overland Park) based career management and career marketing firm, has affiliated offices throughout the U.S.

Regional companies are usually more attuned to local markets than their national competitors, and often battle the problem of not having a nationwide presence. Berkeley Palmer has conquered that problem through a network of affiliated offices throughout the continental U.S.

The advantage of having these affiliates is three-fold. The first advantage is shared resources. Berkeley Palmer and their affiliated offices use common web development providers, common online resources, common marketing vendors and other resources.

The management at Berkeley Palmer put it this way, "All of this helps keep the cost of business in line and allows us to have very healthy relationships with national vendors. It makes us a big customer for prime resources."

The second advantage is shared information that helps to improve services and client care. "By having another view on the job market, we are able to envision changes and problem solving of potential issues before they happen. A company in the North East or in the South may see a trend before we do, allowing us to be more proactive."

Berkeley Palmer says that the third advantage to having affiliated offices is transferability of services. "Not only can we transfer services to an office across the country, but the client also wins by having the same online resources available with experts who are already familiar with their use in the new location."

Among the 30-plus affiliates that they already have, existing affiliates have opened new offices in Southern New Jersey; Southern Florida and in the Philadelphia, PA, area as of June 11. "We're excited about their growth because it benefits us as well. These new openings are markets where we had no previous relationships."

Berkeley Palmer office is located in Overland Park, KS. The affiliated office locations are posted on their website http://www.berkeleypalmer.com.
