Presented during the Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference, the product suite consists of Credit Card Advantage for Mail Order Telephone Order, eStore Solution Stack for eCommerce, and Retail Advantage for brick-and-mortar stores who use Microsoft RMS. Fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP, this suite enables retailers to manage inventory and sales from ecommerce and physical storefronts via a single interface.

Like many multi-channel retailers, Nodus’ customer Superior Tattoo Equipment Company needed a system that would enable them to manage their e-commerce, catalog, and retail storefront inventory and accounting functions with one seamlessly integrated solution. Seeking a cost effective system that offered advanced features and true scalability, the company selected eStore Solution Stack and Retail Advantage from Nodus Technologies to integrate with their Microsoft Dynamics GP (back office) and Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS) ERP products.

After selecting Microsoft Dynamics GP and RMS for their back office and point-of-sale solutions, they turned to their reseller, Tectura, to provide an add-on solution that would enable them to manage sales orders and inventory information from their online catalog, warehouse and within their retail stores.

Presented with the task of finding a simple, scalable, integrated solution that would seamlessly communicate with the accounting solution and provide enhanced functionality and business management capabilities, Tectura turned to Nodus.

Over the course of several months, Superior Tattoo implemented a multi-layered solution that changed the way they do business. Having previously managed orders with a DOS-based system, processing in a batch mode limiting the order and delivery process, the company realized the value of Nodus' solutions immediately upon implementation.

Serving businesses that often order at the last minute to save their inventory costs, Superior Tattoo fills a vital need by delivering orders placed online, by catalog or phone, and at their retail store.

"Managing the inventory and accounting information for all of these channels was a cumbersome, time-consuming event," said Grimm.
