Drake, formerly with Smith Barney, has joined the Company as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Drake brings more than twenty-five years of securities experience in leadership, management, and sales functions including having managed more than 1,000 Financial Advisors and employees in multiple regions across the country for some of the largest securities firms, including Wachovia, Morgan Stanley, and Smith Barney. In addition to Mr. Drake, the Company has hired Jeffery Sills, CFP, ChFC, as Divisional Officer, who brings more than twenty-two years of securities sales and management experience. Mr. Sills’ career at Smith Barney has included twelve years in branch management, and the balance as National Director of Sales for Personal Financial Planning and Northeast Director of Mutual Fund, Insurance, and Annuities for the firm. Two other key hires include a new Vice President of Operations, Keith Roberts, who recently joined US Fiduciary from Stanford Financial and brings twenty-two years of securities operations and compliance experience, and Michael Walton, who joined the Company as Director of Advisor Services from AIM Investments where he managed a team of fifty client service reps supporting Financial Advisors.
