BPM suite vendor receives top-honors for Excellence in Customer Service.

The company was honored with an "Austin Insight" award for excellence in customer service. Winners were selected from more than 200 nominees.

The Greater Austin Business Awards were created to recognize companies and organizations that excel in the areas of Customer Service, Innovation, Education, Community Relations and Environment Awareness.

Award winners were announced during an evening reception and dinner ceremony on August 29th at the Hilton-Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas. Lombardi was among twenty Central Texas businesses and nonprofit organizations that were honored throughout the evening event. Awards were presented in three size categories and a nonprofit for each category. The company received its award for excellent customer service in the "large business" category.

Lombardi's customer service record was also recently highlighted by independent analyst firm Forrester Research in its August 2007 published report, "The Forrester Wave™: Human-Centric BPM For Java Platforms, Q3 2007. When referring to Lombardi, the Forrester report concludes that "It's impossible to find a single dissatisfied customer."
