The acquisition extends LivHOME's reach in Southern California, where Heritage Homecare Services has established itself over two decades with clients in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Heritage Homecare Services represents LivHOME's third acquisition of 2007, following the purchases of Chicagoland Caregivers and Jackson Care Management in Houston. It is the latest step in LivHOME's nationwide expansion strategy, which has taken the company beyond its California roots to serve seniors in Illinois, Minnesota and Texas.
