Having one name for the four affiliates better reflects their single ownership and close association, says T. David Rogers, broker/owner of RE/MAX brokerages in Independence, Blue Springs, Raytown and Lee's Summit.

To fully leverage the collaborative relationship of his four RE/MAX offices in Eastern Jackson County, broker/owner T. David Rogers announces that each firm will adopt the RE/MAX Heartland name. The four are: RE/MAX Heartland-Independence, RE/MAX Heartland-Blue Springs, RE/MAX Heartland-Raytown and RE/MAX Heartland-Lee's Summit.

Since 1975, Rogers has provided real estate services in Eastern Jackson County. In addition to the newly renamed RE/MAX Heartland organization (formerly RE/MAX of Eastern Jackson County), Rogers also owns Towne Square Property Management, which oversees more than 1,000 rental units in the area; and Heart of America Title & Escrow, LLC, a full service title and escrow firm Rogers owns in partnership with Stewart Title.

  • Broker/Owner T. David Rogers has changed the names of the following RE/MAX offices:

  •      RE/MAX Professionals in Blue Springs is now RE/MAX Heartland-Blue Springs.
  •      RE/MAX Associates in Raytown is now RE/MAX Heartland-Raytown.

  • "The single RE/MAX Heartland name ties our organization together. We've owned and operated the offices for many years, but that wasn't always clear when each office had a different name. Now, we can leverage our long-term local ownership and strong involvement in each community into a more highly recognizable force on the entire Eastern Jackson County real estate scene."
  • "As part of the name change, we're also making it even easier for our agents to service their clients from any of the offices. No matter what part of the area they are in, our agents can drop by a RE/MAX Heartland office to access resources such as support personnel, computers, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), meeting rooms, copiers and refreshments. That ability has always been there, but the process is even more seamless now."
  • "With RE/MAX Heartland, we've tied together two highly recognizable names in Eastern Jackson County. The community recognizes RE/MAX for our long-term involvement with living and working here, and we all recognize the value of living in the Heartland. So RE/MAX Heartland makes perfect sense."
  • "Even with the name change, one thing that will remain constant is this: The success of our organization remains our ability to attract and retain the finest sales associates in the area. We support those professionals with the latest in technological advancements to help them succeed in a very competitive marketplace, and we provide them and their clients with unparalleled 'one-stop' real estate services in Eastern Jackson County. Our new name better reflects that mission. Whether buying or selling a home, renting property or investing in it, RE/MAX Heartland efficiently meets all the real estate needs of the community."
