Paul Muns of http://www.BayouEnterpises.com has recently opened a new blog to complement his web store, allowing his customers unprecedented access to him and the inner workings of his store. http://www.BayouEnterprises.net will serve as the common forum for Paul and his customers, giving information about the store as well as allowing customers a forum to communicate their requests and comments.
"I've been interested in trying to do something like this online for a long while," says Paul, who is optimistic about the change in his store. Amused at the idea of sharing information about his store on his blog, Paul says, "A blog is basically a book report on yourself and your business."
Paul is very proactive, both in product selection and in customer service. "I'm a person who firmly believes in trying to do right by everybody," he says, emphasizing his role in customer care. As for his product selection, he says, "They're good quality products, and people just go wild over them. I don't think they can be beat. I've been around, look at some of the other knickknack shops and things being sold online, and you just can't beat these prices and quality."
