ProServeIT Corporation Adds Four New Employees; Increased Demand Drives Growth in Managed-Services and Projects Teams

Continued growth in demand for the projects and managed-services lines of business from the mid-sized and enterprise business space have spurred the addition of four new members to the ProServeIT team.

With last year's growth continuing, ProServeIT Corp. has added four new team members this month. The increased demand for information technology utility services and enterprise level I.T. project consulting and implementation generated the decision to add to the roster.

"We've simply brought on board more of the skills that our clients are demanding from us. This lets us scale up the effectiveness of our operations" said Marc Dorval, President. "When searching for a candidate, we focus on people who care about what our customers will get out of working with us. Ultimately the right candidate has equal parts technical, leadership, and relationship skills." he continued.

In 2007, ProServeIT saw its revenues grow by 32%, driven mainly through its channel resellers and partners. The bulk of that growth was in demand for managed-services solutions and project consulting and implementation solutions. This growth has continued into the first half of 2008.

ProServeIT's Managed-Services division supports companies who know how hard and expensive it is to staff, train, operate, and maintain an internal I.T. department. "Our clients can turn on or off the I.T. infrastructure and services they need, as they need them. We help customize their solutions, and then we run it for them. I've been told that we're similar to the utility companies and more companies are turning our services on so they can focus on building their business, not their I.T. department. Adding to our team was a no-brainer." remarked Peter Scantland, V.P. Operations.

ProServeIT's Projects division supports companies through difficult growth stages, where new technology needs to be assessed. The project division is typically involved from the business requirements phase through to implementation, training, and support.
"Virtualization and Business Process Solutions are driving the bulk of our consulting work" said Eric Sugar, V.P. Projects & Consulting. "Because a lot of these projects are potentially high-risk, we're always on the lookout for the right people. That means experienced and trained technical consultants who can safely grow our clients into the new technologies they've adopted." he continued.
