Announcing the opening of a new Global Resorts Network affiliate office (Official Website) named Timeshare Replacement Services (Business Website) owned by Alan Beers (A 20 year timeshare veteran.) This program allows non timeshare owners the opportunity to stay at resorts worldwide including the Hawaiian Islands, Mexican resorts in Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta; ski resorts in Lake Tahoe, the Canadian Rockies, and the Utah and Colorado mountains; villas in Spain, Italy, France, and England; destination resorts in Southern California, Arizona, Branson, Dallas, Orlando, and Daytona Beach; picturesque locations in Massachusetts, New York, and the upper east coast. Plus more than 5,000 additional resorts worldwide.

Until March of 2007, when a new marketing arm was created. This private membership program had only been available to purchase thru private invitation-only seminars held worldwide for more than 20 years. The cost was $10,000 or more. It is now being offered by GRN affiliates for a fraction of that cost.

Being able to utilize timeshare resort weeks without paying approximately $25,000 for initial purchase (2 BD, 2 BA) and approximately $500 for annual maintenance fees plus the cost of exchange company dues and exchanging fees. Certainly makes this a valuable program for any non-timeshare owner.

Afilliates are allowed as many weeks of use per year as you are able to utilize. These weeks may be used by just your family or guests may travel along (up to 8 adults). In addition, several weeks are available for use by your guests, clients, or business associates. This membership is good for 100 years and is fully transferable.

Thousands of timeshare weeks are not being used by their current owners. Thousands more new weeks are added to the resort pool each month, since the timeshare resorts keep selling weeks. This situation makes it necessary to allow non-timeshare owners to use these unused rooms. Most travelers dislike going to a resort that is two-thirds empty. Since most resorts have numerous businesses and restaurants onsite, these businesses need customers staying in these unused rooms to create a cash flow to keep their businesses profitable. This creates a win/win situation for the resort and the businesses.

Afilliates now have an opportunity to travel for pennies on the dollar and utilize their own full service travel agency to book air fares, cruises, ground transportation, and to answer questions about your resort area destination. This allows you to travel places you used to just dream about.

Happy traveling to all!
