Riding on the momentum of their successful Media Tour in NY, Dogg Pound members Kurupt and Roscoe will drop their first duo LP on November 11, 2008. The Frank and Jess Story, released by High Powered Entertainment and distributed Koch worldwide, features some of gangsta rap's most elite, including fellow Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger, VH1's Hip Hop Honors recipient, Too Short, G-funk crooner Kokane and Mrs. Kurupt herself, Gail Gotti, who along with close friend, controversial rapper 40 Glocc and mega producer DJ Quik, attended the official "Frank and Jess Story Media Day" in at the W Hotel in NY.

During the Frank and Jess Story NY Media Tour hosted by Trea Day Management & Publicity for High Powered Entertainment, the Philafornia emcees chopped it up with satellite, online, print and broadcast outlets from SIRIUS radio's Kay Slay and Shade 45 to thisis50.com and rollingout.com, as well as The Amsterdam News and Murder Dog.

The long overdue collaboration of the brothers, The Frank and Jess Story (named after notorious brothers and American outlaws Frank and Jesse James), has received solid reviews and is packed with sonic versatility and flavor that appeal to all coasts. Orchestrated by lauded producer John "J" Silva (E-40, Spice 1, Daz Dillinger, The Outlawz), tracks like "I Miss U" and the strip-teaser "Give Me a Lapdance," treats fans to a melodic edge, while anthems "All I Need", "Hate on Me," and the project's lead single "Break It Down Like" featuring Too Short round out the CD.
