The merger with David Ahner Real Estate anticipates increasing annual sales of Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis to $50,000,000.
In addition to corporate expansion TRA is also broadening its charitable endeavors. "It's our company's philanthropic policy to provide 3% of company profits to charity," said Desloge. "David's addition will ultimately make a significant difference in the lives of those in need."
The value of the merger is not being disclosed under a confidentiality agreement between both sides. The St. Louis office will now cover all of Missouri and the metro east region of St. Louis. Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis will be relocating to new offices in west St. Louis County to accommodate this merger and new associates joining the firm.
