All Inclusive Outlet wins Best of the Best Globe Award for 6th year in a row at the prestigious Travel Impressions Awards Ceremony in Aventura, FL. Owner Tom Carr says his success comes from low rates and one-to-one service.

People come to us because our low prices, and then come back to us because of our customer service

This past November travel agents and top hotel representatives from around the world gathered at the prestigious Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura, FL to honor the highest performing travel agencies of 2008.

Hosted by Travel Impressions, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express, travel agents were treated to a grand gala dinner and entertainment by award-winning vocalist/songwriter, Jon Secada. The activities were followed by one of the industry's most prominent awards ceremonies.

The coveted Best of the Best Globe Award is reserved for agencies that produce sales on the million-dollar level, a level that All Inclusive Outlet has achieved once again despite recessionary conditions. Tom Carr, owner of All Inclusive Outlet, believes his agency is successful in a downturn economy because of its online convenience and personal service.

"People come to us because our low prices, and then come back to us because of our customer service," Carr says, "We try to make every part of the vacation process the best possible."

All Inclusive Outlet is a comprehensive web site where travelers can find information on Caribbean islands, as well as price their all inclusive vacation and book 24-hours a day. More than 250 all inclusive resorts are available for booking, and more are added each year.

One of the key differences of All Inclusive Outlet from other online portals is the element of human-to-human service. While many travelers never speak to their online travel agent, provides its customers with a personal travel agent who calls to touch base and answer any questions before the trip. Natalie Hogue, one of the travel agents on staff, enjoys this part of the booking process.

"I think our clients appreciate the opportunity to touch base, and so do we," Hogue says, "It gives us a chance to share our own experience and answer any questions they may have about the resort or destination."

Although All Inclusive Outlet is a leader in online convenience and customer service, most travelers recognize it for its very low prices. Because of its online sales structure and high volume of bookings, is able to offer rates often better than those of other major travel sites. Visitors can instantly price their vacation with no obligation and book 24 hours a day.

With more than 10 years of business in the Caribbean travel industry, All Inclusive Outlet has established itself as an expert in the region. And with a growing fan base of Caribbean travelers and a host of new features set for 2009, Carr is confident of the success of All Inclusive Outlet in the New Year.
