Pennsylvania Steel Corporation is a Specialty Steel Service Center that markets a superior proprietary alloy steel called FLEXOR. Flexor is a high grade Chrome, Moly, Tungsten alloy steel that is Electric Arc Furnace Melted, Vacuum Degassed, Ladle Refined, with Bottom Poured Ingots. This yields a fine grain structure with bearing quality.
