735 Forest, the first mixed-use building within Birmingham's Triangle District, was recently celebrated as a Special Project of the Year by CAM Magazine. The inclusion of 735 Forest is an honor, showcasing the importance of green, mixed-use, boutique developments in Southeastern Michigan.

735 Forest, the first green and mixed-use building within Birmingham's beautiful Triangle District, was selected as a prominent project by the Construction Association Of Michigan (CAM). CAM Magazine, established in 1980, is the official publication of the Construction Association of Michigan and is devoted to the growth and progress of individuals and companies servicing the construction industry. The magazine is published monthly with a bonus Special Issue, which highlights construction projects of interest, completed during the previous year.

Due to the innovative mixed-use designation and green design approach 735 Forest has brought to the Triangle District, the association featured the project within its annual Special Issue edition. The development team is currently pursuing a gold level LEED certification for 735 Forest. The 3-story building hosts the already bustling 65-seat Forest Grill, which is run by nationally-acclaimed chef Brian Polcyn located on the ground floor. The second floor is designed for office space and is home to three of the four design team partners, Mosher Dolan Cataldo and Kelly, Templeton Building Company and MJT Development. Residential lofts are located on the third floor and range from 1-3 bedrooms and are 763-2172 square feet. The lofts are available for purchase starting at $299,000 and are also available for lease starting at $2500/month.

Putting retail, residential and office spaces under one roof creates 24/7 activity. Future Triangle District buildings will benefit from a steady stream of foot traffic by 735 Forest. Consistent with downtown Birmingham and desires by the city's planners, a green and mixed-use building like 735 Forest adds to the transformation of the Triangle District to become a true urban environment.
