Mindover Software Develops Web Self-Service Solution for Andrews Anchors

Mindover Software has developed and launched a web-based solution for Andrews Anchors that provides secure access to vital oil field data in real-time. Utilizing SageCRM as the solution platform, Mindover Software created the new web self-service portal for Andrews Anchors' large oil and gas customers. It is estimated that the new CRM solution will allow Andrews Anchors to more than double its revenue without comprimising service quality or requiring new additions to back-office staff.

Mindover Software has developed and launched a web-based solution for Andrews Anchors that provides secure access to vital field data in real-time. The customized self-service solution enables users to monitor key information from their office or in the field.

Andrews Anchors' customers connect to their accounts through a web site to monitor job status by oil well location and number. Because the solution utilizes information entered into SageCRM and Sage Accpac ERP software packages, data access and process initiation are completely integrated and can occur seamlessly. This new technology allows Andrews Anchors to service more customers while using fewer office resources, greatly facilitating expansion and growth.
