Ted's Montana Grill, a national Classic American Grill founded by media entrepreneur, philanthropist and environmentalist Ted Turner and acclaimed restaurateur George McKerrow Jr., worked with its email marketing agency of record, BrightWave Marketing, to redefine and rejuvenate an email program with loyal and passionate email subscribers.

Ted's Montana Grill and BrightWave Marketing positioned the revamped email marketing program as its customer communications hub and one that complemented existing efforts which included traditional media, social networking and other marketing plans. Specifically, Ted's Montana Grill and BrightWave Marketing sought to: increase restaurant traffic and sales and frequency of customer visits, acquire new customers, build deeper loyalty and dialogue with customers, and increase brand awareness.

Highlights of the email marketing program:

-Drove major increase in revenue and ROI of almost 1,400 percent
-Increased email subscriber value to approximately $12 per subscriber
-Achieved 275 percent improvement in response rates
