Portland, Oregon hosting provider Network Redux has launched RO+, a new, scalable reseller platform that offers complete server management in virtualized cPanel and WHM based environments.

Network Redux LLC, a hosting provider based in Portland, Oregon, has launched an optimized reseller platform, which offers complete server management within cPanel/WHM-based environments.

The new platform, RO+, uses virtualization to provide resellers with isolated and dedicated server resources in a managed environment. Network Redux believes it is the first hosting company to offer this service platform for web hosting resellers.

"We are taking a virtual private server and packaging it with cPanel, along with our management and 24/7 monitoring services," says Network Redux president Thomas Brenneke. "The way we've packaged it, neither the resellers nor their customers need to know anything about managing a server. From their point of view, it's just another physical server - only a great deal more flexible and scalable than what the industry has ever offered them before."

Brenneke says their RO+ platform offers more than just dedicated cpu, memory and disk space resources: "It also provides dedicated core services, such as web, mail and database services. Another benefit for clients existing within their own virtual environments is that when one client asks for a particular upgrade or service module, we can install it with disrupting our other resellers."

For instance, if a reseller needs assistance meeting stringent PCI compliance rules, a Network Redux system administrator would be assigned to take care of the task until the client's system passed the PCI audit. If a customer requires help interfacing their environment with an offsite third party backup solution, Network Redux provides this assistance at no additional cost.

"There is virtually no limit to what we will do for our customers." says Brenneke.

RO+ also overcomes the problem of mail server blacklisting, because each reseller and its customers are contained in their own operating environment, with proper reverse DNS and SPF records configured for the customer.

"In a typical shared reseller model, a reseller's customers can become unsuspecting victims of the behavior of clients of other resellers because users on these servers must share public resources, such as IP addresses and security policies. Our platform ensures that a customer and their services are within their own sandbox, which we proactively monitor and manage for service alerts and software updates."

Along with complete management services, Network Redux also offers a 30 day moneyback guarantee to resellers who want to try this new platform.

Brenneke notes they are already getting tremendous feedback on RO+ through their forum community, which he says is "very gratifying, considering how new this platform is to the market."
