New management and stronger customer focus will help SGT to effectively face the new market conditions and to better anticipate potential effects of the global economical crisis.

Champs sur Marne, France -- Guillaume d'Azémar de Fabrègues (47) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of SGT, a leading global software vendor in the broadcast and media industry. Mr. d'Azémar de Fabrègues follows Philippe Hauguel who will pursue new ventures outside the company.

In addition, SGT announced some structural changes and decisions that will help SGT to effectively face the new market conditions and to ensure that the company is best positioned to anticipate the effects of the global economical crisis. In this context, SGT has decided to do some adjustments to its marketing approach: During this year's NAB show the company will be present at the French Pavilion. In addition, SGT has decided to participate at IBC in Amsterdam every second year.

Mr. d'Azémar de Fabrègues has 24 years of professional experience and held leading management roles in engineering, construction, and IT software companies, such as Prosys, Serete, Arès, Astria, Waid, WebGalaxis, and Emulsia. He also has a proven track record in improving organisational execution and managing growth. Mr. d'Azémar de Fabrègues graduated from Ecole Centrale des Arts et Manufactures in Chatenay Malabry (France) in 1985.
