Former CEO and current sharerholder sues Greyson Interntional under Florida Statutes for failure to permit inspection of company records.

Baritz & Colman LLP today announced that it has filed a civil action against Greyson International, Inc. ("Greyson" or the "Company") in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida on behalf of Jennifer Canon, former founder and CEO and one of the Company's shareholders (Case Number: 50 2009CA009781XXXX AO). The lawsuit against Greyson seeks an order to permitting the inspection and copying of the Company's records pursuant to Title 36, Chapter 607 of the Florida Statutes and other relief permitted under Florida and Delaware law.
