FASTHockey (http://video.fasthockey.com) announced today that they are extending their existing partnership with USA Hockey to provide live streaming coverage of all 17 games that will be played at the Urban Plains Center in Fargo, N.D., as part of the upcoming 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation World Men's Under-18 Championship.
The event will be held April 9-19 in Fargo, N.D. and Moorhead, Minn., with the culmination the gold-medal game on April 19 at the Urban Plains Center.
"FASTHockey will provide a terrific platform for delivering games from this world-class tournament to hockey fans everywhere," said Mike Bertsch, USA Hockey's assistant executive director for marketing and communications. "The tournament features the brightest young stars in the game, many which will some day play in the NHL. The schedule of games that will be streamed live is below. Each game will also be available on-demand approximately one hour after the completion of the that game.

Games will be offered on a pay-per-view basis. FASTHockey uses a unique game-credit system for viewing games, offering discounts to customers who watch multiple games. Users who want to watch one or more games must first sign up for a free account at FASTHockey.com. Users can then buy game credits - a single game ranges from $6.99 (when one game credit is purchased) to $3.99 (when 100 game credits are purchased). Game credits can be used to watch live games or archives on-demand and never expire.
