Manta members can now help each other get answers to specific questions about companies.

Our members are very engaged and have a wealth of information on companies

Manta.com, the fastest growing business information site on the internet with more than 11 million monthly users, announces a new feature that helps information seekers track down hard-to-find details about companies--especially small and midsize enterprises.

Company Q&A is a new feature that allows Manta members to ask questions about any private U.S. company they find on Manta.com and have that question answered by other Manta members.

"Our members are very engaged and have a wealth of information on companies," said Pamela Springer, CEO of ECNext, which runs Manta.com. "Company Q&A allows our active membership to share that information with each other."

Manta.com offers data on more than 60 million companies worldwide. But finding more than just the basic information on companies--especially small ones--has been a challenge. This tool now provides more small company information that is readily available to Manta users.

"This isn't about company reviews and complaints. There are plenty of sites that offer that," Springer said. "Our vision is to provide a platform for business people who need specific information about a company."

Company Q&A is now part of every private company profile on Manta.com. Once a Manta member has found the company page they want, the page includes a tab called "Company Q&A." That's where to ask questions. Other Manta members then answer that question.

Finding companies with questions is easy, too. Companies with open member questions are highlighted in the search and browse sections of Manta.com. Members can even filter results to show only those companies with open questions--making discovery simple.
