Microfacs Inc., an image and document conversion expert, announces receiving a major contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation. North Grumman Corporation is a major defense contractor that focuses in the aerospace, shipbuilding, electronics and information systems markets. The contract is for digitizing aperture cards that contained schematics and instructions for aircraft. There are over 360,000 aperture cards to be digitized. The cards were old and many in poor conditions; however Microfacs was able to use its latest scanning equipment to produce quality images.
