This hand-held tool marries the company’s proprietary Whizard® circular blade trimming technology with a highly effective vacuum system to accomplish swift, efficient removal of surface mold from cheese wheels.
With the TrimVac™, operators now have a fast, effective way to trim and vacuum away mold.
