Vovici is the survey engine behind our Rapid Screener® tool

Vovici, the leading provider of survey software and enterprise feedback management (EFM) solutions, today announced that its online survey software is helping BehaviorTech Solutions, provider of technology-based assessment tools for mental health, capture and protect client-confidential data that is, in turn, used to treat children and adults with special needs. Since implementing Vovici's technology, BehaviorTech has successfully conducted over 800 web-based behavior assessment programs powered by Vovici.

BehaviorTech Solutions, Inc. specializes in providing assessment tools and intervention programs to assist parents, teachers, students and adults in improving social skills and reducing disruptive behavior. Capturing and distributing timely and actionable data is mission critical. However, two key challenges stood in BehaviorTech's way of capturing feedback:

1. The company lacked a secure and cost-effective technology to obtain confidential client data,

2. BehaviorTech lacked the ability to quickly deliver actionable insight to their customers - school districts, private clinicians, and individual psychotherapy clients.

After reviewing various solutions, BehaviorTech chose Vovici to power its flagship Rapid Screener® solution.

Before Vovici, BehaviorTech Solutions spent over $50,000 to develop survey capabilities in-house and then realized it was not robust or secure enough to meet our needs half way through its development. They tried other approaches but could not find a survey tool that matched the branching power of their present Vovici solution. Instead of being consumed by the technology, they can now focus on improving the customer experience and growing our business year-over-year.

"Vovici is the survey engine behind our Rapid Screener® tool," said Rina San Buenaventura, Clinical Services Manager at BehaviorTech Solutions. "In just a matter of minutes, even though there are over 150 questions, complex behavior patterns can be efficiently identified and quickly analyzed."

Developed by Dr. Bruce Gale, a clinical psychologist, this online survey assessment collects observational data from a variety of people who interact with a student in different settings and helps families and schools better understand behaviors that are causing difficulties, and develop more productive intervention strategies. BehaviorTech Solutions uses email triggers to receive notification and brief summaries once each survey has been completed. With this information, educational and mental health teams can reach a consensus regarding treatment priorities or gauge progress since the last administration of the tool.

With Vovici, Behavior Tech has utilized:

  • Real-time alerts and triggers to signal clients requiring immediate attention;
  • Sophisticated and powerful reporting that is easy to use and distribute;
  • Timely and accurate feedback that is the basis for effective treatment programs;
  • The ability to scale as their business and feedback needs grows;
  • The industry's most secure hosted application.
