Faster Bids with Fewer Resources

Abiding the first rule of bid and proposal preparation--the early bird catches the worm--can be a problem for organizations unable to prepare quick and accurate cost, schedule and effort estimates. At noon (for both EST, US and GST, UK) on October 15th a free webinar presented by Dale Shermon, a PRICE Systems executive consultant and author of, Systems Cost Engineering will explain how the early phases of the bid and proposal process can be expedited by applying parametric estimating technologies and methods.

"Faster Bids with Fewer Resources" will focus on how the parametric approach pioneered by PRICE Systems, a leading provider of estimating software solutions and services, can facilitate pre-bid competitive assessments, accelerate bid/no bid decisions and increase the accuracy of final estimates for proposals. Based on his recently released book, Shermon's talk will present real-world examples and best practices that provide a clear understanding of how parametric cost estimating can improve a company's business capture and planning efforts while using less of its bid and proposal budget.

The webinar comprises a 30 minute presentation and a 15 minute interactive Q and A session. Participants can register here.
