4. Online Design Bureau reserves the right to determine whether it will or will not create the website for the organization at its own discretion and as time permits. If at any time the site stops representing the organization for the service intended, if the organization represents itself dishonestly or is trying to make a profit, Online Design Bureau reserves the right to take back all files it provided in the creation of the website.
