InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that two of its clients, inventors from New York, have designed a device that allows a hose to be positioned over a fence easily and would prevent damage to both the hose and the fence. This invention is patented.
The "Oil Hose Guide" unit design would enable users to deliver various products, such as fuel oil, LP and tree chemicals, to a house quickly and easily. Easily portable, the accessory would provide users a convenient way to stretch a hose over a fence where a gate is not readily available. Featuring a lightweight, durable construction, the unit could reduce the strain involved in maneuvering a heavy hose. The device would be versatile enough to be used with different sizes of hoses and fences.
The Oil Hose Guide would consist of a holder used to position a hose over a fence to deliver fuel oil, liquid propane, tree spraying chemicals or water. The unit would be H-shaped and would be composed of tubular plastic. The horizontal tube would measure 30-inches long and 5-inches wide. The two vertical tubes on either side would be open on both ends. The bottom end of each tube features a slot or channel. To operate, a user would place the horizontal tube on top of the fence and slide the hose over the center of the guide. The accessory could be producible in a variety of sizes and colors, and also producible from materials of different thicknesses.
