End Of The Roll’s new website features information on their various products including laminate flooring, carpet, vinyl, area rugs, hardwood flooring, ceramic floor tiles, and more! While on the website, visitors can browse through the various product lines and put together a flooring “wishlist”. By listening to feedback, managers realized that customers wanted an online shopping experience without the actual purchase component. The solution was to allow web visitors to place items in their cart, but then turn it into a wishlist which can be emailed to a local store or just to their personal address for follow-up.

With 54 locations across Canada, the location pages offer detailed profiles about each of the stores, with more photos and store owner information. It’s a cinch for customers to locate the store nearest to them with the new interactive map.

More and more Canadians are spending time on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, and End Of The Roll is joining in the conversation by being active on those sites. They take the stance that sharing knowledge and experience leads to a happier customer who is confident in the purchase they make.
