Seasoned High Tech Company Executive Takes Helm of Most Innovative NAC Company 2010

NetClarity, Inc., the leading provider of agent-less non-inline (out of band) Network Access Control technology in the marketplace and winner of the Most Innovative NAC Company 2010 award from Information Security Products Guide, today announced that Harold E. (Hal) Charnley has joined the company as its President/CEO and has also been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Charnley brings over two decades of relevant industry experience leading high growth technology companies including extensive experience as an executive in the Enterprise Networking and Telecom markets. Mr. Charnley will be responsible for the company’s strategic direction as well as all of our day-to-day operations. Mr. Charnley holds BS, MS and MBA degrees and has been involved in numerous technology companies as an investor, Board member or Advisor.
