DePaul, one of the largest private Universities in the Midwest is the first of many institutional expansions planned for the Certification Program. Dr. Karim Pakravan, AM&AA member and Associate Professor of Finance at DePaul, will make a special presentation to the CM&AA course attendees.

The AMAAs Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) certification is the premiere advanced professional credential available to today's business advisory professionals, including CPAs, CFAs, attorneys, and many others. The CM&AA training program is designed to help M&A professionals take their professional and leadership competencies to a new 'gold standard' level of excellence and to help business clients select a financial advisor of the highest caliber.
