StepStone Solutions upgrades its global talent management solution with substantial enhancements to functionality and user experience

In creating StepStone Solutions ETWeb 10.8 we incorporated features that customers said were vital to them in terms of increasing the productivity of HR people, the ability of managers to have greater oversight of their teams worldwide, and the all-important experience of multi-national staff in using the system to improve their careers and job performance.

StepStone Solutions, a global leader in Total Talent Management solutions, has introduced the latest version of its enterprise-level, talent management solution, StepStone Solutions ETWeb 10.8. The new version adds extensive new capabilities, including a new Absence Management feature, upgraded Learning Management functionality, and many enhancements to the user experience for managers, administrators and employees.   •     Extensive improvements to the user experience, aimed at administrators, managers and employees, for example, calendar integration, an integrated HR To Do list, and simplified system administration.
  •     Significant improvement in numerous areas, providing enriched functionality and increased overall usability, for example enhanced cost management capabilities in the Learning Management module.
