About Team Continuum:
Founded in 2003, Team Continuum is a non-profit organization dedicated to taking immediate care of anyone involved in fighting cancer. They give cancer patients access to the everyday cure. They fill in the physical and emotional gaps of support so cancer patients can have the strength to focus on their treatment. Team Continuum addresses improving the quality of life of cancer patients, here and now, by providing immediate assistance to address non-medical needs as they face the challenges and stresses of battling cancer. And, we do it by directly paying bills such as rent, mortgage, utilities, wigs, food, and stays at Ronald McDonald House, games for children, and at times birthday parties or special events for patients.
