Posh Tots and I Am Modern Magazine announced that 10-year-old Hunter Audlin of Ashburn, VA has won a bedroom makeover valued at over $10,000. Audlin was chosen by I Am Modern readers from among several outstanding and deserving children.
In 2005, Audlin was inspired to open a lemonade stand to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Five years later, he has used his wildly successful stand to raise more than $15,000 for national and local charities, including the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, and Habitat for Humanity.
"I sell lemonade to raise money for people who need help and don't have what I have,” said Audlin, “I try to raise money for anything that hurts my heart."
The pint-sized philanthropist has chosen a “Zen” theme for his dream room makeover created by Heather Roper, IIDA, of H Design in Ashburn. The makeover is made possible by the generous donations of the following vendors:
