Bick Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Bick Group, announced today the election of Andy Stewart and Terry Crews to the company’s Board of Directors.
“In Andy Stewart and Terry Crews we have added a wealth of financial, governance and international expertise to our board,” said Larry Hofstetter, Chairman of Bick Group’s Board of Directors. “Most importantly, we have found two men who share our values and will help extend our 45 year heritage as a data center services provider into the cloud computing era.”
Mr. Stewart is the Vice President, Corporate Development at Cequel III where he oversees diligence, modeling and contract negotiations for acquisitions and divestitures at Cequel Data Centers, a company focused on acquiring and operating data centers. Mr. Stewart is also responsible for sourcing new transactions for Cequel III in the media and telecommunications space.
Mr. Crews is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Monsanto Company. During his 32 years with Monsanto, Mr. Crews served in a variety of leadership roles throughout the financial organization, including CEO of Monsanto’s Vegetable Division and Global Finance Lead for Monsanto’s Global Seed Group.
