Leadership Change at Stratford Fidelity.

Stratford Fidelity, a company offering benefit solutions for healthcare professionals, today named Tom Wamberg as its CEO and President. Mr. Wamberg replaces Bill Palmer, who left the firm after its recent separation from Integrated Healthcare Strategies.

Mr. Wamberg has over 30 years experience in financial services and benefits consulting leadership roles. His past roles include Chairman and CEO of Clark Consulting, a national firm dedicated to helping companies keep their best people through integrated compensation, benefits, and funding solutions. Mr. Wamberg is past president of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU). He also has served as president of the 25 Million Dollar Forum, chairman of the Legislative Task Force and Nonqualified Benefit Plan Committee, and as a member of both a FASB subcommittee and the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Mr. Wamberg is also the author of the book The Theory and Practice of Bank-Owned Life Insurance and numerous articles.
