Scootaround Inc., North America's largest mobility rentals company announced that they have added to the nation's largest traveling fleet of scooters and wheelchairs, enabling them to bolster coverage in Southern California for mobility equipment rentals, sales and service.
A new association with One Stop Mobility will strengthen Scootaround's advantage in the assisted travel market for the region. "Scootaround served shows and events that represented more than 20 million attendees in 2010," says Scootaround President and COO, Kerry Renaud. "To continue supporting such a large number of attendees across a variety of industries, we are aware of the need to partner with companies that share our common goal of providing travelers with practical, reliable mobility solutions."
The association also establishes a new Regional Manager for the area in the person of Ryan Marshall, President of One Stop Mobility. Marshall will manage Scootaround's rental operations for the Southern California including San Diego and Anaheim as well as Phoenix, AZ. "Our collaboration with Scootaround allows me to continue serving our customers while opening new opportunities for everyone involved," says Marshall. "We're all very proud to of our association with this innovative group and look forward to accelerated growth as we provide more equipment and rental services, not only the individual traveler, but for all types of conventions, meetings and other large events."
