On Saturday, October 9 at 4:00 PM, International Relief & Development will host a reception for the newly appointed US Ambassador to the Republic of Niger, Bisa Williams. Guests will hear about US Government's strategic, economic and development policies toward Niger, as well as interact with Ambassador Williams in an informal setting.
