Homecare from The Consortium have reduced the price of the popular TV Ears Wireless Headset System that allows you to listen to television at a louder volume than others in your home without disturbing them. The state of the art listening device is normally £79.99 but is currently on offer at £59.99 in the run up to Christmas.

TV Ears works independently from your television and can be turned up as loud as needed while the television volume is lowered or muted – which is ideal for those with hearing loss who need to listen to programmes or films at a louder volume.

The system includes a transmitter unit that simply plugs into the TV set and a comfortable, lightweight wireless headset with a volume adjuster. The system amplifies words so listeners can hear dialogue better and get more enjoyment from watching TV in the company of their friends and family.

The product is one of the most popular in the Homecare range and receives positive feedback from customers. Ken Teal from Wiltshire said “I have been using the TV Ears for a couple of months now and they are just brilliant. With my TV Ears on, I can hear all the dialogue without blasting my wife out of the room.”

Donna Hewitt, Brand Manager at Homecare from The Consortium commented “All our products are designed to help people get more out of life and TV Ears is a great example of a product that makes a big difference to family life as everyone can enjoy their favourite programmes or DVDs at a comfortable volume.”

TV Ears is available from Homecare from The Consortium’s website: or by calling 0843 224 1200.
