TEM Market Growth Reaches Nearly $895 Million in 2010

The Gartner Magic Quadrant represents vendor performance in a market segment with designated categories for leaders, challengers, visionaries and niche players. According to the report, “For most companies, fixed and mobile communications services are among the top five business expenses, but they often do a poor job of managing processes relating to communications spending. Gartner, Inc. invited 50 TEM solution providers from various geographic regions to participate in the Magic Quadrant process. Of those, 18 vendors were rated in the Magic Quadrant. The report also indicates that the TEM market grew from slightly more than $750 million 2009 to just under $895 million in 2010.
