New SISTEM courses educate on proper hygiene and food handling procedures

As stronger safety standards and increased regulations emerge, Alchemy is focused on continuing our support to all industry segments affected

Alchemy, the leader in innovative training solutions for the global workforce, has enhanced the course libraries offered in the SISTEM training platform to meet the specific needs of the dairy and dry foods industries.

Several new courses have been added to SISTEM and even more have been updated to help companies ensure employees are receiving the most up-to-date training on topics like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). The combination of the new and updated courses with SISTEM’s documentation and reporting capabilities will help prepare dairy and dry foods facilities for the training requirements found in most audits.

New courses for the dairy industry include:

New and updated courses for the dry foods industry include:

  •     Preventing Food Contamination

Additional new courses for the food industry include:

  •     Foodborne Illness and Employee Reporting
  •     Dangerous Microorganisms in Food Manufacturing
