PROLIN Adds Sjaak Koole, as Chief Support Officer, to Lead “Follow the Sun” Support Team for PROLIN ITSM as a Service.

PROLIN, an innovator in IT Service Management (ITSM), today announced that Sjaak Koole has joined PROLIN as Chief Support Officer. Sjaak brings many years of international Information Communications Technology (ICT) management, support, and training experience to this new role where he will focus on expanding the PROLIN support team and delivering superior support to PROLIN customers and resellers around the world.

Sjaak is an entrepreneur and motivated senior business professional with over 20 years of experience in international business, including operational, sales management, and IT management, at the CIO level. Prior to joining PROLIN, Sjaak was Managing Director of Colibri Mobile, a Blackberry hosting and services firm, co-founder of GPXS, a Blackberry application and training firm, and ICT and operations manager at the renowned technolgy incubator GorillaPark. Prior to this, he held IT management roles at Unisys, BT Europe, ILIS France, Intis, and Origin International.
