RIAS received the highest five star score for ‘ease of getting a quotation’
(PRWEB) January 16, 2011
Announced in January’s edition of the magazine, as well as online, RIAS received the accolade after Which? surveyed the UK car insurance market for the best quality policies and highest standard of customer service. All the brands named as Recommended Providers for car insurance were highly rated by Which? members, had an easy and straight-forward quote process, as well as a high standard of exemplary advisors who provided a first class customer experience.
RIAS received the highest five star score for ‘ease of getting a quotation’, one of only nine Recommended Providers, showcasing the growing company’s readiness to discuss the needs of its diverse customer base, taking them through their options, in addition to its commitment to UK only call centres.
Janet Connor, Managing Director at RIAS said: “We are delighted that our car insurance product has once again been recognised by Which? as one of the best in the market. It is a sought after privilege to be named as a Recommended Provider, especially by Europe’s largest consumer rights association, and it is a true reflection of how our products perform in terms of quality in the market place. It is even more rewarding as this status is a result of good products combined with positive customer feedback which is excellent recognition for both our employees and RIAS.”
This latest recognition follows hot on the heels of a successful award-winning year for RIAS. Awards included ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ at the 2010 UK Broker Awards, ‘Personal Lines Broker of the Year’ at the 2010 British Insurance Awards and ‘Best Home Insurance Provider’ as voted for by the users of the Daily Mail’s personal finance website, thisismoney.co.uk.
During 2010 RIAS also introduced two new products to its motor insurance range, launching MOT Protection, which was the first of its kind to be offered by an insurance provider to the over 50s motor insurance market, as well as Key Protection, which covers customers’ keys for just £1.58 a month.
RIAS car insurance customers can enjoy the following policy benefits:
- A protected no-claims discount;
- A dedicated 24-hour claims service;
- A free courtesy car during repair;
- Extra discounts for low annual mileage, overnight garaging and cars over four years old; and
- Cover to drive in Europe for up to 91 days.
