Joining their team are Dmitry Rakovitsky, who will be serving as CarryQuote’s Vice President of Product Management, and Trevor Vale, who will be the company’s Head of Sales, Americas. Both Mr. Rakovitsky and Mr. Vale will be based in the company’s New York office.
Dmitry Rakovitsky has over 15 years of product and technology leadership experience focused in the financial services and internet industries. Prior to joining CarryQuote, Mr. Rakovitsky served as Executive Vice President of Product Management and Technology for InfoNgen, a leading provider of cloud-based financial information management and discovery services. Previously, Mr. Rakovitsky was Vice President of Product Development at Multex, a pioneer in online investment research that provided investment information and technology solutions to the global financial services industry, and then transitioned to Reuters upon their acquisition of Multex. Mr. Rakovitsky holds a BS in Software Engineering from Technion, The Israel Institute of Technology.
Trevor Vale has extensive sales leadership experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Vale was the Head of Sales and Marketing for Breakingviews, a global provider of financial commentary, where he drove sales leading to the company’s acquisition by Thomson Reuters in 2010. Earlier, Mr. Vale had ten years of experience in various sales leadership roles at Reuters and then Thomson Reuters, in which he managed complex sales with the top global financial and media firms. Mr. Vale earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
