Stephen Miller, Director of Debt Research and Risk Management and Suzanne Mulvee, CFA from Property and Portfolio Research (PPR) will speak on Future Trends in Commercial Real Estate at the 12th Annual Strategies for Success in Construction Lending (SSCL) Commercial Seminar on March 2-3, 2011 in Denver Cherry Creek, Colorado.
Mr. Miller, who is responsible for PPR’s real estate capital market research, credit risk analytics and relative value assessments is a 30+ year veteran of commercial real estate managing real estate portfolio exposures for pension funds, life insurers and depository institutions. Ms. Mulvee designs strategies for investing across the U.S. apartment, office, retail and warehouse property markets. They will be discussing the future trends of commercial real estate for 2011 at the upcoming SSCL seminar.
