  • Faster provisioning and session startup. Session startup time has been reduced by up to 65% to improve the user’s experience.
  • Presence detector e-mail alerts to multiple recipients. Alerts accelerate sales and increase close rates by enabling timely interaction with potential customers, either when they are trying a product or immediately after. Alerts can be sent to multiple recipients for each session.
  • Mentoring tools so Instructor/Demo Manager can directly access end user sessions for live hands-on mentoring and control, including pairs of users sharing systems.
  • Business intelligence and reporting provide valuable insight into sales and channel readiness with reports that reveal who worked on what product, when, for how long, and for which prospect; new BI permissions, BI concurrent usage, and reservation report for billing.
