On January 12, Kohl’s associates will volunteer at Children’s National Medical Center’s “Waiting to Exhale” asthma education session and present a check for $420,236. This marks the third year of Kohl’s support of the Kohl’s Community Asthma Program at Children’s National, which provides asthma prevention education to high-risk children and their families in the metropolitan Washington region. In the past 10 years, Kohl’s has donated more than $4 million to Children’s National Medical Center through the Kohl’s Cares® program.
