Lamb will partner with Broker/Dealers as Loring Ward's Director of Strategic Relations

Loring Ward announced that it has hired Scott Lamb, CFP® to partner with Broker/Dealers as Director of Strategic Relations.

Lamb, formerly a Vice President with LPL Financial, will work closely with Loring Ward’s Broker/Dealer relationships and provide value-added solutions to help their advisors deliver better client experiences.

"Hiring Scott underscores our commitment to Broker/Dealers, and in particular, their strategist platforms," said Loring Ward’s Director of Advisor Relations, Steven J. Atkinson. "His track record of helping advisors realize efficiencies in their practices is a perfect fit with our shared focus on helping advisors improve their practices and build stronger client relationships.”

Lamb will also help develop programs and tools to support the transition of advisors' practices to a fee-only basis and assist them in developing more consistent advisory processes, such as Loring Ward’s “Life First” Discovery Process.

While at LPL Financial, Lamb worked with advisors to evaluate their business models and business needs, with a focus on maximizing their potential. Prior to LPL, Scott was a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. He also spent eight years as a Naval aviator.

“I’m excited to be joining a strong, growing company like Loring Ward,” said Lamb. “We have an enormous opportunity to help advisors differentiate themselves with a wealth advisory approach that is truly client focused.”
