App-Promo, the premier mobile agency focused on the marketing and promotion of mobile apps, is launching a promotional campaign, spanning traditional and digital media, to encourage more BlackBerry® smartphone users to experience the winning applications from the 2010 BlackBerry Partners Fund “Super Apps” Developer Challenge. Selected from nearly 400 applications for BlackBerry smartphones, 4 winners, 8 finalists and 16 semi-finalists from their respective regions will be featured in a marketing program that includes public relations, social media, mobile advertising, search engine marketing and in-store promotion – all through App-Promo.

All of the campaign’s efforts seek to help BlackBerry smartphone users discover the kind of apps that people love and use every day because they offer a seamless, integrated and engaging experience. The Winners include a wide range of apps available in four regions, North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America, The campaign will kick-off this week and will include public relations outreach to mobile, BlackBerry smartphone and consumer technology publications; mobile advertising on targeted ad networks and app publishers; customized promotional pages on Facebook; search engine marketing; and featured in-store promotion.
