New novel follows one man’s exploits to stop a gripping plot of havoc and death

Rumors of terrorism have spread, finding its way into the life of the main character, Daniel A Stone, and the people he comes in contact with. A compelling tale of terrorism, mystery, suspense, and adventure will await readers in author James E Millar’s new novel, Homelands Invasion.

Although a Homelands Special Agent, Daniel still retains his Canadian citizenship. One day however, a cryptic phone message on his answering machine sends him back to the place of his birth. Once there, he finds old and new friends, along with deadly enemies of both his native and adopted land. He and his crew team up with a crack Canadian anti-terrorist squad led by a no-nonsense female officer of the Canadian Military. He then reconnects with his Godfather and his late father’s legacy, a legacy which makes him a wealthy man. He falls in love, gets shot, and finds a long lost member of his military past.

Readers will be engrossed as the story winds through Stone’s past, his present, and the future, all while he races against time in an attempt to stop a three-pronged attack that is aimed at crippling both Canada and the United States. About the Author
James E Millar was born in Almonte, Ontario, Canada. For twenty-five years he was co-owner of a manufacturing plant and it was there that he began writing shop manuals. Manufacturing, Quality and Procedures Manuals are a far cry from fiction, action and adventure, but retirement and time can cause a man’s mind to wander. Wander it did, causing fingers to peck at a keyboard and created Homelands Invasion. For any one who enjoys mystery, action, adventure and a love story combined, this is it. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
